Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

When you complete the AIShield365 survey, we collect your email address and your survey responses (Yes/No answers to governance questions). We do not ask for any personally identifiable information beyond your email address. Our hosting and advertising measurement providers may also process technical information such as your IP address, browser or device information, and interactions with this site.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

  • Generate a personalized AI governance package based on your survey answers
  • Deliver the governance package to your email address via SendGrid
  • Send occasional product updates and governance resources from Patriot Consulting (you may unsubscribe at any time)

3. AI Processing

Your survey answers (without your email address) are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate a customized policy document mapped to NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, and the EU AI Act. Anthropic's privacy policy applies to that processing. We do not share your email address with Anthropic.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • SendGrid (Twilio) — Email delivery
  • Anthropic — AI policy generation
  • Vercel — Application hosting
  • Google Ads — Advertising and conversion measurement, including visits to the confirmation page and clicks on the Get a Quote button

5. Data Retention

We retain your email address for as long as you remain subscribed to Patriot Consulting communications. The copy of your answers held alongside the in-progress package request is deleted once the package has been delivered. If generation fails, it is retained for up to 7 days so we can complete your request manually, then deleted.

We also keep your saved survey — your answers, without your email address — so you can reopen it from the link in your package email and in every governance update we send you. We identify it by a one-way keyed fingerprint of your email address rather than by the address itself, so re-taking the survey updates the one saved survey instead of creating another. It is kept until you ask us to delete it (see section 6). Anyone holding the link can view those answers, which is why the link is personal to you and should not be forwarded.

6. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your email address or opt out of communications at any time by emailing [email protected].
